Jess A. Dishner

… president of Dishner Developers, Inc., has been in the Development, Construction, and Real Estate Industry since 1988, holding primarily Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relations positions as an owner of Pinehurst North Carolina’s top producing Construction Companies. He brings his love for people to his work which has distinguished him from his competition. Ensuring a great building experience for customers is his primary focus. Jess has his Real Estate Broker’s license with Rokoski & Associates, Inc. and currently has offices in the Village of Pinehurst and Seven Lakes North Carolina.

Jess now lives in his 31st home and attributes his travels throughout the US and Europe, growing up in a military family, to his awareness and knowledge of different lifestyles and home design. He has managed over 500 projects ranging from Golf Villas, Equestrian Estates, Retirement Condos and Military housing in the NC Sandhills to Rustic Elegant Mountain retreat in the NC Mountains to planning a Coastal Community that will introduce Cottages, Bungalows, and single-family Active Adult homes for full time and part-time residents.  Jess has been selected by Southern Living to be a member of their Custom Builder Program. He has also been selected as an Independent Builder Dealer for Woodhouse the Timber Frame Company. He is active in the local Home Builders Association, community interest events, and Christ Community Church.

Jess has a BBA in Marketing and Management from James Madison University in Virginia. He was an Artillery Officer in the US Army.  He spent 10 years in Medical Sales w/ Syntex Labs.

He and his wife Kathee have been married for 40+ years and have two daughters, two sons-in-law, and 5 grandchildren. The Dishner’s enjoy boating at their home on Lake Auman, hiking in the NC Mountains, and cycling at the NC Coast.
